These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SinhalaGPT mobile application ("Service") operated by CyphLab ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

SinhalaGPT is an AI-powered mobile application that provides:

• Advanced AI Conversations: Intelligent responses in Sinhala language
• Image Recognition: Analysis of images and PDF documents
• Smart AI Assistance: Quick and accurate responses
• Grammar Checking: English writing improvement tools

3. Subscription and Billing

3.1 Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are charged to your mobile carrier account
• Billing occurs automatically according to your selected plan
• All prices include applicable taxes as specified
• No refunds are provided for unused subscription periods

3.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Use only one of the following methods:

1. Press the "Unsubscribe" button within the SinhalaGPT app
2. Contact our Facebook page
3. Email admin@sinhalagpt.com with your phone number and email
4. SMS for Mobitel users: Type DREG sinhai and send to 77011
5. SMS for Dialog/Hutch/Airtel users: Send UNREG sinhalagpt to 77177

4. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Promptly update your account information when necessary
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use SinhalaGPT only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to use the Service:

6.1 Our Content

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CyphLab and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6.2 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By using our Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for providing the Service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we cannot guarantee that the Service will be available 100% of the time. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

10.1 Effect of Termination

• Your access to the Service will be revoked
• Your account data may be deleted
• Outstanding payments remain due
• Survival clauses will continue to apply

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through:

• Email notifications (if available)

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
